The Value Stream Leader will be responsible for leading a manufacturing value stream unit at the Depuy Synthes Leeds site and will be a member of the site's Operations Leadership Team. This critical role will be responsible for leading, developing and optimising their Value Stream's performance in meeting our business objectives and serving our customers. Job Title: Value Stream Manager Reports To: Senior Operations Manager Location : Leeds Duties & Responsibilities: Leads all aspects of manufacturing operations linked to their Value Stream, at the Depuy Synthes Leeds site. Responsible for achieving excellence in customer service, ensuring right first-time quality, accurate production planning, supply issue resolution and meeting the manufacturing schedule. Leads the Value Stream Team, including EHS, Quality, Production, Engineering and Plan. Member of the site's Operations Leadership Team, prioritising goals, objectives and direction.
