We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Property Maintenance and Facilities Manager, on a 4 -month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £307.00 per day PAYE Responsibilities: To take lead role in managing and reporting on hard Facilities Management across the Council's estate. To assist the Facilities Management with strategic decision making about the best use of repairs and maintenance budgets to manage long-term maintenance laibilities. To work closely with the other managers within Facilities Management (business manager, compliance manager and soft services manager}, and being an active member of the SMT. To be responsible for managing property specific health and safety risks within the Council's operational estate Advise the division and formulate policy on issues relating to changes in legislation, Building Regulations and Health and safety law relating to property. Qualification : A degree or qualification or extensive relevant previous experience Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice. You should have right to work in U.
