Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and direction for the medical staff in a Medicare Advantage, value-based healthcare company- Direct primary care to patients in the Mansfield, Texas area- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of practice Qualifications: - Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution- Board certification in a relevant specialty- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Mansfield is a growing, thriving city in the Southern part of D/FW.
