The Waste Management Coordinator takes the initiative in waste processing and supervision of licensed disposal facilities, ensuring both compliance with legislation and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, as the Waste Management Coordinator you will offer technical guidance on disposal for workforce compliance, assisting team leaders in planning and managing workforce activities while ensuring adherence to statutory Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. Waste Management Coordinator Responsibilities Oversee contracts with external suppliers to ensure compliance with legislation and achieve cost-effectiveness. Provide technical advice on various aspects, including Duty of Care, TFS, PRN, and environmental permitting. Assist team leaders in planning and overseeing workforce activities. Engage with production areas, develop Service Level Agreements, and measure customer satisfaction and service delivery. Act as the " fit and proper person" overseeing on-site permitted disposal facilities, collaborating with the environment function. Take a leadership role in implementing Service policies and contribute to the development of processing facilities and services.
