Support Worker – Care Farm Salary: £21,000 - £24,000 pa, depending on experience Full Time Pennyhooks Farm Trust is a charity which supports adults on the autism spectrum to gain work related skills in a rural environment. We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, who is able to provide appropriate support to students attending the farm. This involves one to one support and care to any individual student who has been designated to your attention. Here at Pennyhooks appropriate support is seen in attention to safety, general physical and emotional well-being, constructive and focussed activities and assisting the individual in their continuing progress. Previous experience of working with people on the Autism Spectrum and Learning Difficulties is essential Flexibility is essential and you must be willing to undertake practical, purposeful activities in an outdoor and workshop environment.
