The Role: As Deputy Service Manager for our North West Locality Team, you can make your own powerful contribution to the lives of vulnerable children and families. Managing up to five social work practitioners with varied degrees of experience, you'll be responsible for the day: to: day delivery of child protection and statutory safeguarding and care services. You will support the Service Manager in the development of policy and strategy, ensuring the service is effective, adapts to change and delivers good outcomes for children and young people.
