Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 38,092 : GBP 42,389 pro rata, per annum plus a market supplement of GBP 1,400 pro rata per annum Work Location: Elizabeth II Court, Winchester (hybrid : home and office based)Hours per week: Full and part time roles are available Contract type: Permanent Closing Date: 3 March 2024 The Role: Are you a strengths: based learning and development practitioner who really enjoys helping colleagues to develop their knowledge and skills? If so, either our full: time role or part: time role within our fast: moving Adults' Health and Care (AHC) directorate could be perfect for you. A registered Social Worker and qualified practice educator, you'll have recent experience of adult learning and evaluation methods and ideally have recently supervised and backssed social work students and/or newly qualified social workers, or planned, developed, and run a relevant project, service or training initiative. Working alongside social workers and other professional staff, you'll use your experience to work with our AHC workforce to build their skills in order to meet our vision to help people in Hampshire to live long, healthy and happy lives, with the maximum possible independence.
