With a wealth of experience in this area of law, it is anticipated that the successful Private Client Solicitor will be able to hit the ground running with a varied caseload, ensuring good progress is made. You will need to have gained previous experience working within a private client team at a respected firm. The successful candidate will be directly involved in handling a caseload including wills drafting, LPAs, Estate planning, court of protection matters and administration of estates. You will join a firm dedicated to providing a high level of service, as well as understanding each clients unique needs. With well: developed client care skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues, you will enjoy working in a team environment. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Solicitors with upwards of 5+ years' experience working within a similar role. Your previous experience will encompass the full remit of Private Client matters and you will be able to demonstrate strong business development skills.
