Our clients team is made up of 50 diverse professionals, spanning 14 nationalities and with a 45 female gender balance. The work of the practice is varied and spans across residential, educational, workplace, hospitality, and commercial office. We are highly organised, with extensive systems for job-running, filing and quality management. The practice is ISO certified with a dedicated Technical Director and BIM Manager adding further expertise. We encourage staff to grow in expertise with support for continuous professional development. The successful candidate will be working with our interiors team on a variety of workplace and 5-star hospitality projects for local and international clients. We view a mid-level role as 5+ years of experience in the hospitality and workplace sector. Minimum Skills Requirements for this role: A recognised qualification in Interior Architecture Interior Design, or Architecture. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the Irish market. Strong Revit and Enscape/Lumion experience is preferred. The practice works solely on Revit and all projects are carried out in BIM from inception to completion. Knowledge of concept stage, design development, detailing of joinery, tender pack assembly and dealing with on-site construction queries. Strong design, technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role. Knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations in so much as they relate to interiors...
