VACANCY for Human Resources Business Partner (Covering UK, South Africa and Nordics), based in our North London office (Enfield) : Hybrid working (2:3 days in the office, the rest working from home) will be offered after successful completion of 6 months of probation period In the UK there are 3 offices, the main one based in North London, Enfield. The number of staff based in the UK, South Africa, and Nordics is approximately 155. The role is a very generalist role, and the essential duties and responsibilities of the role include the following: stylemargin: bottom:16.0px: Provide comprehensive HR advice to both managers and employees across the business. : Work as part of the HR team to own and drive HR initiatives and projects as and when required. Work with managers to advise, influence, support, and challenge their decision: making. Lead employee relations matters: Support with both formal and informal people issues: Build strong relationships within the business and with key stakeholders.
