Registered Nurse - Infusion Room for a private oncology practice.Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity in an infusion room setting? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our private practice located in Alexandria, VA. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45 to $50 an hour and welcomes new grads. Join our team and work alongside a wonderful doctor and staff in a supportive environment. Job Details:? Location: Alexandria, VA? Employment Type: full-time or Part-Time? Practice Type: Private oncology Practice? Position: Registered Nurse - Infusion Room? Schedule: full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and part-time 3 Days per Week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) Responsibilities:? Administer infusion therapies and medications under the direction of the attending physician.? Monitor patients during the infusion process, ensuring their safety and comfort.? Assess and document patients' vital signs, reactions, and progress throughout the infusion.? Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records and treatments.? Collaborate with the doctor and staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care.? Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding infusion therapy and self-care. Qualifications:? Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Virginia.? Strong clinical skills and knowledge in infusion therapy.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? New grads are welcome to apply!
