Location: Rockville, MD Position Title : Accountant Salary: 70k-90k Main Focus- Fully onsite initially and then hybrid eventually. Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience Experience with Yardi would be a plus Responsibilities: Oversight of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assist with month-end close activities (posting journal entries, reconciliations) Assist with Financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting Budgeting and forecasting activities. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounting discrepancies or issues. Provide support during the annual audit process. Qualifications: 3-5 years accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required Yardi experience is highly preferred Large ERP software experience Excel Proficiency Excellent communication skills Powered by JazzHR
