This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills, creative vision, and the ability to drive revenue while maintaining high standards of service and quality. Key Responsibilities: Direct and manage all aspects of the bar and restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations. Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, such as sales reports, guest feedback, and employee productivity, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster a welcoming and engaging atmosphere that reflects the unique ambiance and aesthetic of the bar and restaurant. Anticipate and respond to guest needs and preferences, ensuring that all interactions exceed expectations and contribute to positive word-of-mouth and repeat business. Coordinate special events, promotions, and entertainment programming to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue generation. Ability to deal with very high level guest requests at all times Recruit, train, and supervise a team of bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
