In this role the ideal candidate will actively work as the point of contact for all residents helping them thrive and most importantly have a say As an Experience Engagement Manager, it would be your responsibility to support the overall quality of life for residents, ensuring their needs are met through thoughtful initiatives creating a vibrant and fulfilling senior living experience. The suitable candidate will be confident in working with diverse clients across a large portfolio and able to understand the requirements. The successful candidate: Experience in senior living is preferred but not essential. Must be flexible to due to requirements of the business. Able to work as a team leader and motivate/communicate with your team effectively. A full UK driving licence is required due to travel across sites.
