Senior BA : Supply Chain London (Hybrid Working)12 Month FTC Grade 4 Working collaboratively with all impacted stakeholders (business, technology, 3rd parties) to support the successful delivery of DCG projects/ programmes through the provision of best in class business analysis services. Leading and performing the business analysis activities across programmes/ projects; including the management of a small team of business analysts where required You will be responsible for: - Lead (where required) and perform business analysis activities across projects/ programmes; often involving the management of a small team of BAs- Pro: actively identify/ manage risks and issues related to the delivery of business analysis- Identify the key problems and/ or opportunities to be addressed by a project through the investigation of the current business state (processes, business rules, people and data)- Define the high: level scope; including the functional features/ capabilities to be delivered- Identify the stakeholders impacted by the proposed changes and understand their levels of interest and influence- Define the approach, estimate and plan for delivering the business analysis activities and proactively monitor/ manage once agreed- Lead the elicitation, documentation, analysis and verification/ validation of requirements; ensuring that they are of the right quality to support solution design- Produce appropriate models to support the elicitation and communication of requirements (user journeys, process flows, logical data models etc. )- Manage any changes to the requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project; ensuring that the business impact has been fully investigated- Support the evaluation of the solution design to ensure the requirements have been met- Define full traceability of each requirement (from high level scope through to solution design) Required Skills and Experience: - Experience of performing a similar role within a comparable organisation,.
