About Us:At Keating Jones Hughes, PC, we have been helping to shape healthcare and tort law in Oregon for more than 25 years. We defend professionals, hospitals, and public-service entities with a focus on medical and hospital liability. Our Portland defense firm is hard at work, and we are looking to add another full-time, med/mal paralegal to join our existing team of excellent paralegals. Qualifications:● 3+ years of experience as a med/mal paralegal at a law firm a must.● Experience with trial preparation and trials.● Knowledge of medical terminology.● Experience in document management, including organizing and managing medical records and related documents, gathering and producing documents for discovery and working with experts.● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. ● Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and consistently deliver high quality work. ● Attention to detail and the ability to exercise good judgment.KJH offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package as well as a hybrid remote schedule.
