A highly varied HR Administration position. A fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build upon their existing HR exposure within a global business who offer progression opportunities for further growth and career development. Key duties: Provide day to day support to the Business Services and HR Business Partner teams Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquires whilst liaising with the IT, Legal and Facilities team Employee lifecycle duties Produce monthly reports Collate data for HR projects ER case management and minute taking Co: ordinate team meetings What is the company looking for? Ideally 1+ years + HR experience in a similar position Ideally coming from a large matrix organisation CIPD qualified would be beneficial but not essential Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail Experience dealing with senior stakeholders across different business units Competent in MS Office packages At C and C Search, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
