As a Python Developer specializing in LLMs, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying cutting-edge natural language processing (NLP) solutions for our organization.Responsibilities:Develop Python-based applications and tools leveraging state-of-the-art Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI's GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) series, BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), or similar models.Design and implement custom NLP solutions to address specific business requirements and challenges, including but not limited to text generation, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text summarization.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers, to understand project requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.Conduct research and experimentation with different LLM architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and pre-processing strategies to optimize model performance and accuracy for specific tasks and domains.Implement scalable and efficient data processing pipelines for ingesting, cleaning, and pre-processing large volumes of text data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process.Deploy NLP models and applications in production environments, leveraging containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.Monitor and maintain deployed applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements and optimizations to improve system stability, efficiency, and user experience.Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of natural language processing, including advancements in LLM research, new libraries and frameworks, and best practices for model development and deployment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred. 10 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and language models (LLMs). Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK, or similar. Experience working with Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar architectures, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms, including text preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation metrics. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and scaling NLP applications. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
