You will ideally have a back ground in real estate or commercial property and it would be an advantage if UK property market has been covered in your experience, for example, as a Property Estates Manager, Construction or property project expertise. You will also be able to provide financial modelling, commercial and analytical support on Property Estate transactions for example debt refinancing and asset acquisition. Working closely with the Senior Management, the Financial Analyst will cover all aspects related to these transactions including any new business. The Financial Analyst will ideally have some experience in REIT, Property, Construction, Retail, Asset Management, Private Equity, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds and Corporate Finance.
