JOB DESCRIPTION Wood is currently recruiting for a Document Controller who will be responsible for helping to transfer existing electronic and paper documents into a new document control system and then to maintain that documentation for equipment and systems in an active chemical plant. Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship required.RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for managing new and existing fixed and rotating equipment records. This includes review and verification of existing records and creating new or update to existing records to ensure accurate equipment information is maintained in accordance with PSI and PSM requirements. QUALIFICATIONS * Strong technical capability to review incoming data and process it appropriately. * Proven analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple activities at the same time. * Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Access).
