Key Responsibilities: Site Management: Oversee resurfacing project from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Technical Expertise: Apply your engineering prowess to solve challenges and optimise resurfacing processes. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate on: site teams to achieve project goals within deadlines. Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to meet and exceed industry standards. Requirements: Engineering Degree: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: Proven experience in site engineering, with a focus on resurfacing projects. Technical Skills: Proficient in relevant software and tools, with a strong understanding of resurfacing techniques and materials. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders. Rate is standard rate + nights uplift which can be negtiated.
