Olympic Blvd. Suite 1045WLos Angeles, California 90064www.hodgeins.com Customer Service Representative-Account Manager (CSR) Personal Lines About the Position: Personal Lines Account Manager (CSR) is responsible for servicing the insurance needs of our Personal Lines Clients. In performing these duties, the CSR is expected to meet the agency's defined standards for client service, professionalism, ethics, and work attitude. TAM Online Management Software is utilized. The position reports to the Personal Lines Manager (PLM). Main carriers are Chubb, Safeco, Mercury, and Travelers. About You: You have superior critical thinking skills and a high level of intelligence. You view the world optimistically and get along well with colleagues. You are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and can move seamlessly from project to project. A California P&C license is required . Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can grow with us and work as a critical team member in perpetuating our agency as we fully move into our 95 th year in business. Major Job Responsibilities: Follow agency procedures for processing: New businessRenewalsEndorsementsCancellationsBillingPaymentsClaims Maintain the Tam Management records in an up-to-date manner. Input all personal lines new business, renewals and policies received from the companies. Request endorsements as needed. Follow up on all assigned activities and properly document the follow up in the activity section of Tam. Urgent activities are to be referred to the Producer or PLM for immediate follow up and a phone call if necessary. Accept special tasks as assigned by the PLM. Qualifications: California Property & Casualty license is required. Knowledge of California State insurance laws, and P&C coverage definitions.Intermediate knowledge of the TAM Management System preferred, but not required. Experience: One or more years of agency experience preferred. Skills/Abilities: Strong oral and written communication abilities.Able to organize, coordinate and direct workflow.Attention to detailsReply to all emails and phone calls promptly, keeping the client informed.Reliable, Dependable, Trustworthy and Discreet. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 directly linked to experience, licensing, and knowledge of the carriers we represent100% Employer paid PPO/HMO Anthem Blue Cross Group Health plan.
