Via Seating is hiring a Production Lead on our Second Shift to join our team in Sparks, NV!! The Production Lead is a position of support and training. This position will support the Value Stream Supervisor in their direction of a team of 8 - 30 individuals in the production of world class seating. The Production Lead is not a safety sensitive position. All First Shift Positions are from 4:00pm - 2:30am Monday - Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays from 4:00pm - 2:30am as needed. Pay Starts at $23.50-24.50/hour including $1.00/hour shift differential, DOE!
