Mechanical Engineer needed - Orlando, Fl. We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work in Orlando, FL. This is a 1 year-long c ontract with a possible extension. You must be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency, W2 hourly Contract Only, No 1099, No third parties, no C2C. No exceptions (Sorry) Pay: $60/hr. to $65.75/hr. D.O.E. MECHANICAL ENGINEER We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be the responsible engineer for a new Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) for Snipers to be capable of housing a Modular Radio assembly based on 3U cards. Individual will at times also support production hardware and work directly with Fire Control Factory and Ocala Manufacturing Engineers to quickly react and develop solutions when problems arise. Individual will be responsible for packaging design updates and design documentation processing including Requirements/Concepts (RC) Design Assurance (DA) Reviews, Implementation (I) DA Reviews, Pre-Release (PR) DA Reviews, EPCAD input packages and fully released drawings. Candidate should have excellent communication skills as they will be interfacing with EE, SE, PS, Planning, Program Management, Prod Ops and ME in a team dynamic.
