Loan Processor Duncan, OK Onsite Position 16 South 9t, Duncan 73533 Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Preparation of loan documents; consumer, commercial and consumer real estate (TRID)Ensure compliance with regulations and bank policies and proceduresWork with loan officers, employees and third-party vendors to ensure all documents are produced accurately and in a timely mannerAssist customers, loan officers, and/or employees with various issues by phone and/or in personPrepare written correspondenceWork/clear loan exceptionsShare responsibility for completion of all departmental objectivesPerform other job duties and special projects as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of loan documentation and lending practicesAble to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlinesKnowledge of grammar and punctuation rulesOutstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applicationsMust be detail oriented with good organizational skillsStrong customer service skillsMust demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor at all timesAbility to work effectively as a team member and with customers while maintaining a positive attitudeMust be able to inter-act with other offices/branches and departments, for accurate resolutions to problems and errorsCritical thinking and reasoning skillsWork well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasksRegular attendance and punctuality are an essential function of the job PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS One - two years loan operations/documentation experience preferred, with real estate knowledge a plusKnowledge of Laser Pro and Decision ProGeneral understanding of BancFirst products and servicesBilingual (Spanish) a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens and reading of reportsAbility to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimileRegularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materialsAbility to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds Hometown service, statewide strength.
