Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager PRI is a tenured Executive Recruiting firm with a client in Murray, UT seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about accounting, have exceptional attention to detail, and be driven to meet deadlines. The Accounts Receivable Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring that all monies owed to the company are billed and received accurately and on time. Responsibilities:As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for:1. Overseeing and managing the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collection.2. Reviewing and reconciling account discrepancies and irregularities.3. Preparing accurate and timely financial statements.4. Implementing and maintaining cash forecasting models to predict future revenue.5. Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.6. Collaborating with the sales and customer service departments to resolve billing issues.7. Training, supervising, and mentoring accounts receivable staff.8. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to accounts receivable staff.9. Working with the finance team to develop strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts receivable process. Qualifications:The successful candidate for the Accounts Receivable Manager position should possess the following:1. An Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field helpful but not required.2. At least 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable management.3. Proficiency in account reconciliation and preparing financial statements.4. Experience in cash forecasting and financial analysis.5. Strong leadership and team management skills.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.7. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10.
