Our client, a highly-esteemed non-profit, is seeking a permanent Office Operations Coordinator to serve as the face of their Philadelphia office! A successful will have excellent administrative skills, a service-oriented demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks! About you: 1+ year of experience in operation coordination, administrative support, or reception roles. Extremely strong oral communication skills and polished telephone manner. Customer service-oriented with a team-player attitude. Excellent organizational skills with an expert eye for details. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. About the job: Answer and direct incoming calls courteously and efficiently. Greet visitors, notify staff of arrivals, and assist with meeting attendees. Serve as liaison with building security, building operations and associated vendors. Request and manage access badges for new hires. Arrange all details and manage coordination for special meetings and events. Sort and distribute mail, record and distribute FedEx and UPS packages. Submit work requests and notify facilities staff as needed. Participate in weekly meetings and provide updates on key issues. This permanent opportunity will work on a hybrid schedule out the organizations Philadelphia office and is paying up to $54,000 annually depending on experience.
