Recruiting/Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive team player with strong attention to detail to support a successful and high-volume recruiting team as a Sales/Recruiting Coordinator ! A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift consistently and can meet tight deadlines with quick turnarounds. This position is ideal for a competitive or goal-oriented candidate who is interested in exploring sales or recruiting as a career path, or an organized administrative professional who enjoys working in a fun, collaborative, ever-interesting environment.THE ROLE: Provide direct support to a team of recruiters including daily duties such as: formatting resumes, completing references, working within various application tracking systems, creating job postings, and submitting background checks. On a weekly basis: create marketing materials for LinkedIn, timesheet management, taking meeting minutes, running various reports, technology management within the office, ordering office supplies. Other duties include quarterly event planning including lunches, happy hours, summer outings, and volunteer events, creating and managing newsletters and external communications when needed YOU: 1+ year of administrative or recruiting/sales support experience working within a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience managing processes from start to finish independently is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word is required.
