Graphic Designer (GDVS) - Level 4 with Security Clearance

Description Duties include:--- Apply extensive knowledge of various sciences (e.g., Computer Science, Programming; Appliance Programming Interface (APIs) or web service technologies (e.g., REST APIs, SOAP, and XML). * Create designs for complex client web and mobile applications utilizing current industry--- programming techniques. * Partner with internal and external teams and application users to conceptualize, design, and prototype excellent user experiences while maintaining functionality and simple workflows. * Research and implement modern web technologies to create innovative user interfaces and improve workflow efficiency. * Design new user-facing products by transforming an idea from scientific presentations to websites to online productivity tools. * Create visual concepts by using computer software, JavaScript and other browser-based technologies.--- Utilize the NGA Development Operations (DevOps) systems and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) to ensure compliant code and ensure best practices. * Build efficient, reusable libraries of design information for future use. * Identify and troubleshoot customer issues on NGA's content management system (permissions, api, web parts) * Utilize Web Styling Languages and applications (e.g., XML-parsing, XSLT, CSS, Web Services and REST) of multiple systems including Microsoft SharePointPossess associated technical knowledge of admin and servers associated with SharePoint such as SQL Server administration, Windows Server Administration, active directory control, etc. * Apply results of web usability testing (e.g., usability studies, creation of user profiles or personas, participatory design, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and cognitive walkthroughs) to development of applications and web sitesRequirements--- TS/SCI * 11+ years of experience * Bachelor's Degree * Demonstrated experience utilizing a web design software (e.g., Adobe Master Collection CS6/Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision Studio)--- Demonstrated experience designing products for front-end development and web applications (e.gwireframes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups, or click through prototypes). * Demonstrated experience applying best practices for improving web accessibility, usability, and technical implementation with usability tools (e.gFigma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Framer, Adobe XD). * Demonstrated experience creating, editing, organizing, and storing digital file formats (e.gtiff, gif, png, pdf, jpg, svg, html, css)Desired Skills:--- Demonstrated experience implementing industry standards for user experience methodologies, design technical resources, and web best practices. * Demonstrated experience researching and/or implementing 18F US Web Design Standards Framework. * Demonstrated experience researching, or implementing best practices for web accessibility, usability, or technical implementationFounded in 2011, ProCleared LLC is a dedicated Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) serving the Intelligence Community and the Department of DefenseWe pride ourselves on swiftly delivering solutions tailored to government needsOur commitment extends beyond our clients; we foster an empowering work environment and offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid premiums for health, dental, vision, and life insurance, Paid Time Off, federal holidays, and a competitive 401k matchAt ProCleared, we value our people, partners, and purpose.
