Structure of AssistedLivingCPO • CEO• 50 VPs - one in each State• AssistedLivingCPO experts in the field around the USA who attract a steady stream of listings Our experts work around the country with CCR facilities. Responsibilities: • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually• Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit and onboard 50 Vice Presidents across all 50 states. You will be doing this along with the CEO of cashCPO and our funding partner.• Conduct weekly coaching sessions via Zoom to support, mentor, and guide the Vice Presidents, fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Good organization and time management skills• Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively• Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired• Must hold an active Real Estate License.• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or in the real estate sector.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for mentorship and coaching.• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a nationwide operation remotely.• A visionary leader with a track record of strategic planning and execution.• Demonstrated ability to work in a low-time-sucking setup once initial structures are in place.• A passion for making a difference in people’s lives during their most challenging times.
