We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding our white label programmatic media management services. Responsibilities : Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the programmatic media space, focusing on white label solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including digital agencies, publishers/media outlet, and direct advertisers. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that leverage our white label programmatic media capabilities. Conduct presentations and capabilities to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals. Develop effective sales strategies and materials. Will have web, copy and design support. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in programmatic media. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the digital advertising or programmatic media industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, digital media landscape, and white label solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with high-level decision-makers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. KPIs: Total Marketing Qualified Leads by Quarter Number of new clients Gross Revenue by Month Avg.
