KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing a diverse caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts. - Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. - Providing expert legal guidance and representation in court when necessary. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication. - Keeping abreast of changes in private client law and tax regulations to ensure clients receive the most up: to: date advice. THE CANDIDATE: - A minimum of 3 Years PQE- Qualified solicitor with current SRA registration. - Strong knowledge of private client law, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters independently. - Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high: quality legal services. - Team player with a collaborative mindset.
