Role: Quantity Surveyor : Interim / Temp role Location: Falkirk with travel Salary : GBP 300 : GBP 350, Inside IR35 Executive Network Group have been retained with a leading utilities business, who are seeking an interim Quantity Surveyor, to join the team. A client side role, supporting the use of an external PPM contractor, completing works nationally across their operating estate. Reporting to Head of Property, this role will be responsible for; the development and implementation of commercial controls, delivering the business outcomes for the sector, in terms of commercial, financial, regulatory and compliance performance measures. What you'll get to work on- Setting up, management and control of contracts- Multi: site PPM Contract Management- Management of subcontractors and suppliers- Contract set up, administration and review. - Budget setting and control- Preparation of cost reports and forecasts- Management reporting - Commercial Management- Liaison with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders- Effective management of timelines- Set up and management of processes. - Risk Management from a cost and HSE perspective- Supply chain analysis and review- Variation management Who are we looking for- Degree in Quantity Surveying : Essential - PPM / Construction experience : Essential - Excellent knowledge of: o Construction Contractso Cost estimatingo Tender analysis o Contract administration What you'll get in return: - Day rate GBP 400 : GBP 450 Interested?
