Don't forget to take a look at our comprehensive benefits!SUMMARYESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversees and provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of multiple, metals and non-metals facilities with operating locations in Indiana * Ensure programs are in place at all locations to carry out production and service operations in GMI operating and safety standards * Participates in development and oversees achievement of area strategy * Overall responsibility for safety within operations assigned; ensures all locations have developed and implemented Safety and environmental programs for the protection of employees and assets and regulatory compliance within their area of responsibility * Develops annual financial budget; monitors and takes corrective action to ensure all operations are performing at or better than annual budget. Responsible for achievement of annual/monthly locations budgets * Responsible for accurate management of AP/AR inventory within area of assignment * Authorizes and monitors quotes and purchase orders for materials and supplies within granted authority for materials and supplies * Authorizes and monitors services contracts within granted authority * Develops and leads initiatives to maintain existing business and develop new business expansion opportunities within their area of responsibilities * Directly supervises personnel involved in managing operations, developing business opportunities and maintaining customer service standards within their area of responsibility * Ensures appropriate business relations are maintained with all customers within their area of assignment * Ensures plans are in place for training and development of managers in their areaBENEFITS * Competitive Salary with Bonus Opportunities * Paid Time Off * Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits (Low Premiums!) * Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts * Disability and Life Insurance * 401(k) with Company Contribution * Educational Tuition ReimbursementSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESCarries out SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
