DescriptionPicks up cookies and fills trays or cases according to package count or weightStreamline finished product prior to entering packout equipmentKeeps packaging area stocked with proper packaging materialsPeriodic scale tare checks when neededInspecting productAssemble boxesSorting and weighing wasteWork in close proximity with other employees. Depending on production variety warrants 30 minute rotationResponsible for tearing down, cleaning and re-assembling of any equipment used in the processing of finished productMust be able to perform all required duties safely and report any unsafe conditions to lead/supervisorClean work equipment and work area as neededMay be required to fill in for absent employees in other positionsPerforms other related duties as directed by lead or supervisorMust be self-motivated, show initiative and good organizational skillsBENEFITS: Medical &Vision, Dental, Vacation/Personal Time, 401K+Company Match, AD&D Ins., Paid Holidays, EAP, Employment Referral Program, Captive Uniform Program, Paid Jury Duty; Paid Bereavement Days; Shift DifferentialRequirements1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred food manufacturing is a plusMust have HS Diploma or GEDMust have good oral and communication skillsAbility to perform basic math skillsWilling to perform all tasks when and where assigned and as changing situations ariseMaintain a professional and positive attitude and working ethicMust follow all CFI GMP s and work consistent with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsAbility to work individually and in a team settingSalary Description$16.81/hr (start rate) to $18.50/hr (full rate)
