Job Details: Job Title: Teams Enterprise Voice Architect Duration: March 11 - June 15Hours per week: 30Location: Remote work from home - anywhere in the United Kingdom Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Architect to join our global IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions across our global operations. This role requires an in-depth understanding of both technical and business aspects of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice, including creating Low Level Designs (LLD) and deploying these solutions at a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Low Level Design (LLD) documentation for Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices. Lead the deployment of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions across multiple geographic locations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability. Work closely with network and security teams to ensure the infrastructure supports Vo IP and video conferencing requirements. Conduct regular performance testing and monitoring of the Teams Voice environment, optimizing as necessary for peak performance. Manage and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft Teams Voice, including integration with existing telephony and conferencing systems. Provide expert guidance and support to IT and business units on the capabilities and deployment strategies for Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice. Stay updated with Microsoft's roadmap for Teams and related technologies, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and forward-compatible.
