The postholder will be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, and will lead the technical accounting team in the delivery of the Statutory Accounting function. The main focus will be preparing the draft 2023/24 Statement of Accounts for publication and providing supporting evidence ready for external audit scrutiny. The postholder will also deputise for the Chief Accountant in matters concerning financial accounting, accounts payable and financial systems administration and developments.
