Inspired by its scenic views overlooking two Royal Parks, our establishment boasts elegant natural interiors and award-winning seasonal cuisine. We are looking for a strong leader to join us as Director of Revenue, using the revenue management practices and techniques to drive short-, medium- and long-term strategies for profitable revenue generation. Developing the hotels’ pricing and market mix strategy for all revenue streams. Setting group price and acceptance parameters using analysis of pick-up trends and market conditions, to maximize the opportunities to confirm group business at the initial enquiry. As well as being a strong mentor and coach for the team, you will be a key leader in writing and articulating Inter Continental London Park Lane’s budget processes and strategies and be responsible for optimal representation of our products in all distribution channels. Reporting into the General Manager, you will assist with the planning, execution and enhancing all revenue streams, in order to achieve maximum revenue and profit. Analysing spend (room and non-room) and profitability by segment and account to support rate setting and account negotiation. whilst meeting all budgets. As a people leader, you will be hands on, engaging and passionate about what you do every day, supporting others in developing their careers and embedding a work culture that reflects our values at Inter Continental.
