The Distribution Centre, Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for leading the on: site Loss Prevention team Specialists, Advisors and Officers as well as 3rd party Gatehouse Security Guards ensuring that they support the Loss Prevention Purpose and goals of keeping people safe, managing crime, and identifying and controlling operational shrink and loss. This includes ensuring the physical security of the building, investigating all instances of crime, working with the wider PC team to address operational shrink, and implementing associate safety initiatives. Our LP Managers develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver LP strategies that reduce the risk of loss to the business, making recommendations that will improve operational compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring the TJX Supply Chain Loss Prevention Standards are enforced through engaging, educating and influencing both internally and externally, working with European Central Loss Prevention in updating training and education materials and business partnering with the field Loss Prevention team to support the overall LP business strategy. You will also lead workstreams and projects that support the improvement of compliance and visibility in Distribution Loss Prevention. Key Responsibilities Keeping People Safe: : Associate Safety initiatives are effectively delivered to the processing centre teams: Work with processing centre managers to ensure risks to our associates are minimised: All incidents of violence and aggression are responded to appropriately: Oversee the physical security of the processing centre: Ensure physical security systems are managed in line.
