Job Duties:Take depositions, manage own caseload and staff, conduct trials and appeals independently.Maintain a profound understanding of evolving legal landscapes.Draft concise research articles for the firm's client newsletter.Deliver educational presentations to clients.Actively participate in other client-oriented activities.Craft persuasive arguments, both in writing and speech. Requirements:Law degree from an ABA accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in Missouri.Preference given to attorneys with prior experience in Workers’ Compensation law. Education:Law degree from an ABA accredited law school. Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Missouri. Skills:Strong advocacy skills.Ability to manage caseload and staff effectively.Proficiency in drafting persuasive arguments, both in writing and speech.Excellent research and analytical abilities.
