Project Engineer Here at Heat and Control, we're always seeking talented minds to join our expert team of technologists and change-makers. We partner with global industry leaders to design, engineer, and build production machinery that creates world famous food and consumer products, and we'd love for you to join us as a Project Engineer in Flower Mound, TX! Job Responsibilities Include Create the project Conceptual Layout Drawing (CLD) in AutoCAD 2D format Work with the Application Engineer in developing a project schedule Participate in equipment/product testing Taking on-site field dimensions and/or design development Generate the project Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) in AutoCAD 2D format Generate a Change Order Log Track the ELD approval from customer Generate the Motor and Device (MAD) list Generate the Critical Controls Logic for the system (CCL) Coordinate PLC Program simulations with the controls group Generate equipment Product Safety Drawings (PSD) Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or Associate of Applied Science degree in engineering-related field Able to travel 15-25%. Experience with AutoCAD 2D and SAP preferred. Prior role as a Project Engineer MUST WORK ONSITE IN FLOWER MOUND, TEXAS (near Dallas) Mondays through Fridays.
