If so, then OYV Camp, a cherished not-for-profit organization with a legacy dating back to 1955, would love for you to join our team as a visionary Camp Executive Director to spearhead the expansion of our impactful programs.As the Camp Executive Director, you'll helm the administrative operations, driving forward our mission to serve Bay Area youth from underserved communities through enriching summer camp experiences. Your role as a Camp Executive Director will encompass overseeing programs, events, and facilities, while also taking the lead in staff recruitment and financial management. Position Overview: Work Type: Full-Time, ExemptLocation: Hybrid schedule-remote and onsite in Gregorio, CaSalary: $75-95k, commensurate with experience To be successful in this role, here is a little about you... · You are an experienced leader who has successfully led teams and organizations; demonstrating strategic vision and direction.· Ensuring team cohesion and productivity through stellar staff recruiting, training, and supervision is high on your professional attribute list.· Your keenness in maximizing financial oversight, budgeting and resource allocation allows you to stand out from others applying for this position.· An effective communicator that actively engages with volunteers, board members, and stakeholders; fostering collaborative and successful relationships.· Consistently meeting or exceeding fundraising goals and contributing to the financial sustainability of the organization is one of your superpowers. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and articulate the organization's vision and strategic direction.· Recommend and implement short-term and long-range plans and budgets to the Board of Directors.· Ensure overall programmatic excellence, including rigorous program evaluation and consistent quality of finance, administration, fundraising, and communications.· Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, providing support for recruitment, hiring, and professional development.· Manage day-to-day operations, including facilities maintenance, event management, and volunteer engagement.· Maintain financial management systems, oversee budgeting, and expand fundraising efforts.OVY Camp is an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity in the workplace.Ability to successfully pass a background check for all candidates who receive a contingent offer.Powered by JazzHR
