You will work in a fast-paced practice with an experienced and synergistic team. For the doctor who is the right fit personally and professionally, direct path to ownership in 1.5- 2 years. Requirements Dental License (Required) Ability to commute/relocate: (relocation package provided) Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required) Who We Are We have 10 modern operatories. We average around 50-60 new patients per month. We have an active patient base of 2800 We have our 2023 production of $5.3 million We are looking for an associate who wants to become a partner. You are a diligent professional able to work with their dedicated team of clinicians and administrators. You have an innate ability to build relationships with our patients. You crave learning and implementing what you learn You are coachable. You want ownership in the future. You are passionate about dentistry. You are a go-getter and you get fired up about providing the best care possible. You understand patients who typically have trauma about dentistry. Compensation and Benefits Three Month Guaranteed Base Rate of $750 per day or 30-34% of collections, based on a sliding scale.
