Let's build something impactful together. QUALIFICATIONS The Executive Director shall meet the following qualifications: High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree preferred in either social work, counseling, human services, business administration, or closely related field. Three years of management and/or supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use treatment environment required. Strong leadership background with demonstrated results managing organizations. Strong experience with for-profit substance use treatment facilities including those primarily funded by commercial insurance products and/or cash pay preferred.
