The critical role of Delivery Manager demands the incumbent to ensure requirements have been clearly defined, that outcomes are managed and blockers to success are addressed. Specific functions include:Champion the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.* Lead and manage a high-performance development team, motivating them to meet and exceed project delivery expectations.* Provide expert technical leadership to the development team, setting high standards for code quality, best practices, and innovative solutions.* Implement and oversee agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and other agile practices to ensure efficient project delivery.* Actively contribute innovative ideas and solutions for modernization projects, identifying areas for improvement and proposing forward-looking strategies.* Implement cloud-based data processing techniques for scalable, efficient, and timely data analysis and storage to meet project milestones.* Tackle complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues promptly to keep projects on track for timely delivery.* Work effectively with cross-functional teams, adapt to different programming languages and technologies, and communicate ideas and changeJob Qualifications:College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science is preferred or High School Diploma/GED equivalent with experience* 7-10 years of Information Technology experience* Previous experience as a software developer is preferred* 5 years of experience in solution design, development, and implementation of technology solutions* 5+ years managing 3rd party vendor work and outcomes* Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling strategic partnership with customers, business partners, support personnel, and management* Ability to communicate a deep understanding of the business and a broad knowledge of technology and solutions* Demonstrated understanding of technology and business strategy, operating model(s), and products and solutions for large business lines* Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate with, influence and impact at a variety of levels within the organization* Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments simultaneouslyCoreLogic's Diversity Commitment:CoreLogic is fully committed to employing a diverseworkforce and creating an inclusive workenvironment that embraces everyone's uniquecontributions, experiences and values.
