As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for backssing, monitoring, and enforcing compliance with IT regulations and standards. Your expertise in compliance frameworks and audit processes will be essential in identifying gaps and implementing controls to mitigate risks. If you have a strong background in IT compliance and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of IT systems and data, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct compliance backssments and audits to evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Identify gaps and deficiencies in IT controls and processes and recommend remediation measures. Develop and implement IT compliance policies, procedures, and documentation. Monitor changes in IT regulations and standards and ensure ongoing compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to address compliance issues and findings. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Compliance, or related field. Proven experience in IT compliance, with expertise in regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and PCI DSS. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes.
