Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Handle the day-to-day operations of assigned account(s), including interview, offer, and onboarding coordination. Collaborate with customer contacts and key decision-makers to define needs and determine the appropriate solution to exceed customer needs. Develop and maintain strong client and contractor relationships as well as maximize and expand existing relationships to drive sales. Work with our internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, all lines of business are successful and effectively represented, and that all client expectations and companywide goals are being met. Regular in-depth client analysis, strategic account planning, and forecasting activities. Track key account metrics. Provide effective problem resolution through taking ownership of all incoming concerns and issues. Investigate and resolve any concerns or issues. Identify and pursue additional opportunities for existing clients, including SOW/Projects and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth. Requirements Must be willing and able to travel as needed. You are an expressive individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and an innate ability to develop relationships with a wide array of individuals. You are a fast learner with an adaptable mindset, eager to absorb and retain new concepts and ideas. You have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast pace environment.
