Application Support Engineer : Legal : Telford Application Support Engineer with some experience of supporting Legal IT applications such as, Practice Evolve, In Tapp, i Manage, Bighand, Laserforms, Envisio, Visualfiles or Proclaim. You dont need to have experience of all above but should have worked in an IT support or application support role for a legal / solicitor firm. The Legal Application Support Engineer will provide an effective, high quality, responsive, customer orientatedand professional specialist support on their legal business applications to all staff within the firm. Experience needed: Working within an IT Support or Application Support role for a Law firm (Can be just 1 year as full training will be provided) Have had experience of one of In Tapp, i Manage or Bighand or another legal application Good change management and ITIL experience ideally Experience of Microsoft Office applications, Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, Citrix, Active Directory and Networking technologies would be a bonus but not essential You will be become a key part of the IT team and be the specialist for legal application supportincluding In Tapp, i Manage, Bighand, Laserforms and any other relevant legal applications, including HR, case management and finance systems. This means you will be the escalation point in theincident and problem management processes, and become the legal application expert (Full Training will be given on applications you have not got exposure to) Part of your role will be also to investigate and resolve legal application incident and problem tickets, maintaining relationship with a range of stakeholders who may be challenging when reportingincidents.
