As one of Venza Care's 17 facilities across Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Louisiana, we are dedicated to setting new standards in healthcare. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on health conditions and preventative care Qualifications: **Valid Alabama or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license.** Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
