The primary goal is to ensure utmost customer satisfaction by assisting with product selection, addressing inquiries, and providing suitable options. The Product Specialist aspires to become a trusted advisor to customers, aiding them in making well-informed purchasing decisions and ensuring a positive experience with the company’s products. This role also involves offering premium site visits, conducting virtual appointments, providing showroom support, and assisting Technicians with sales-related tasks. This is not a remote position.
